Thorney Hedge Road
Our client owned a land locked back lands site behind a residential street in Chiswick. The site is located in a very sensitive Conservation Area and housed 25 single garages, which were accessed via a very narrow driveway, barely wide enough for a car. The client was interested in maximising value and regenerating the brownfield site. We designed a small, car free housing development comprising five unique homes. The residential scheme was designed in a landscaped and car free environment which allayed local concerns and was supported and approved by the local authority, Hounslow Council.
