Kensington Church Street
We gained planning permission in a sensitive conservation area in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for an additional story of accommodation. The scheme included three flats and four retail units for a private developer. We provided a full architectural service from initial feasibility and design through to project management during the course of the construction. We also designed the flat interiors and the retail units to shell and core which included refurbishing the basement areas and installing new facilities.
