Henley Cottage
This sixteenth century oak framed cottage is Grade II listed. We gained listed building consent for the conversion of two garages into residential accommodation which allowed the creation of another bedroom and a new kitchen and dining room. The rustic fabric was fully restored including removing countless layers of black paint by judicious sand blasting to expose the beautiful oak frame. We designed new bathrooms, a kitchen and bespoke joinery carefully considered to suit this vernacular building which is a luxury retreat for our client.
