Half Moon Court

R+W  were commissioned to convert and extend with 3 additional floors a former button factory located close to Smithfield Market. The building will be converted to residential use and will contain five 2 bedroom flats and four 1 bedroom flats which will be marketed for the rented sector by the owner and client. We have completed various services including planning submissions to alter an existing consent, full working drawings packages for tender and construction purposes and also design of the common parts and apartment interiors.
