Monza Street
R+W worked with a developer client in the construction of this 6 storey residential block of apartments. The building is located overlooking Shadwell Basin and was one of the first multi storey residential buildings in the UK to utilise terracotta rain screen cladding panels. R+W provided complimentary detailed design packages and assisted with the interior design of the apartments.
